Thus, the soft power theory needs to be redeveloped and modified. By using a descriptive-analytic method, an elaboration on “Soft Power” in the western discourse will be stated and then, we try, by using the verses of the Holy Quran, to explain this concept in the Islamic discourse and produce a new theory in regard to the Islamic rules. The results suggest that the “soft power” idea in the western discourse is monistic and in regard to material aspect. Therefore the western theory disentangles morality from power. In the view of Quran, however, the theory has four spheres which consider morality beside power. The spheres include power “sources”, “strength” and “origin”.
<fullTextUrl>http://jiqs.ir/Article/37006</fullTextUrl><keywords><keyword>Islam

The relationship is because they need to meet their needs Communication intended to influence others. This effect is studied in the communication science and the social psychology in the form of persuasion.
Due to the importance of influence on others, various models developed and used by people who have communicational activities. The “learning model” is one of the persuasion models which has been developed and applied by Carl Howland. This model considered the two essential components of “communication and psychological capacity to learn” as the basis, and deals with the influence of these two components. Holy Quran that contains a set of messages of God to the servants, is revealed to influence others. This holy book has a model to represent the messages. Qur'an has a three-component model. Components of Quran model include elements of communication, psychological capacity and thinking. This paper studies the learning model and Qur'an model of persuasion in a comparative way. So that, the similarities and differences of the components in these two models be analyzed.

However, this Method has many methodological challenges ahead.
Method: in this paper we use Critical Analysis for knowing the Methodological gap of this Approach.
Results: 1st: this method still has several flaws, too based on free association and brainstorming, and to provide in the form of Quranic studies need to evolve.
2nd: caused eclectic.
3rd: It seems that the prevalence of this approach will lead to Islamic Protestantism.
Conclusion: The Lesani Fesharaki’s Approach is not a True example of Allameh Tabatabaei’s Method.

When the university will be Islamic that medical subjects are derived entirely from the Quran and Hadith and some religious fanatic behavior is clearly considered at the University of Medical Sciences. The aim of this study at the first step is critique of above standpoint and second step is investigation of the characteristics of Islamic university.
With regard to results raised in this article can be said, Certainly there are all of thing that humans needed in the Quran, therefore, therefore, it do not have to enter the other sciences. On the other hand, although the Prophet Akram and the Imams know all sciences and knowledge that was derived from the Quran,Always emphasize Learning science and even in the treatment of disease have consulted with doctor.Hence, one cannot expect that the Muslim community without the benefit of empirical sciences, to meet the needs of its community limited only to Revelationsand revayat. Rather, it should move in the direction of training specialists so that it can meet their social needs. As we know, universities are most important and effective places in the production of science. So Medical University in the Muslim community must also adjunct and act in line Islam aims.In order to provide this goal, the Islamic University must have some features, which was discussed in this manuscript, some of the most important of this features are Creation of enthusiasm and motivation for knowledge acquisition, Trying to produce science as an important tool of soft power, pay attention to the importance of self-purification, also having a sense of responsibility towards the Islamic nation. Otherwise, the mere existence of the university in an Islamic country, is not Islamic University

One of neglect in Naghl-research is improper relationship between domain of Naghl and subjects for research. This makes that the issues which are outside the domain of Naghl survey in Naghl. Finally, some critical points for researching in Naghl were presented and a practical pattern with eight steps for thematic researching in Holy Quran was offered.
<fullTextUrl>http://jiqs.ir/Article/37012</fullTextUrl><keywords><keyword>the method of research</keyword><keyword> thematic research
